1. Applicability of Agreements

When you sign up, you acknowledge that you have read these Agreements and agree to be bound by them. You understand that failure to comply may consequence in the termination or suspension of your account, the loss of money, and/or legal action being taken against you.

2. Legality to Use the Facilities

You are not allowed to use the Facilities unless you are at least 18 years old (or any higher minimum legal age in your region) and it is legal for you to do so. We retain the right to require evidence of age and the right to suspend your account until sufficient proof is delivered.

You recognize and agree that it is your full responsibility to ensure that you always comply with the laws that govern you and that you have the full legal right to use the Facilities.

3. Account Rules

• Each user may only have one account;
• All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be blocked;
• MarvelBet reserves the right to close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's name;
• Minimum deposit: 200 BDT; Maximum per transaction: 1,000 BDT;
• Minimum withdrawal: 2,390 BDT; Maximum per transaction: 120,000 BDT;
• All withdrawals require successful identity verification;
• MarvelBet reserves the right to charge transfer fees as stated in the User Agreement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements;
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated;
• MarvelBet reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time;
• Users who abuse bonus offers may have their accounts suspended.
